"Broken Home"

I'm used to a divide.
A child
born to an unhappy husband and wife.

One was loose inside the tie
All smiles
but only one of two was satisfied.

I was mute while love declined
Through time.
And so everything became twice
and in turn, became half as nice.

Things refused to unite
before it died,
And surprise,
nothing has changed in the meanwhile.

In my life
i've still a divide.
